VICTORIA PARK
First visit here for a good few months and it was a lot quieter than previous times but still managed a couple of highlights, which were 4 pairs of Coot nest building and 2 colour-ringed Black-headed Gulls.
Green JPR4 (Norwegian ringed bird) but no other details as yet.
Red 2P36 (rung as a chick at Elvanfoot on 18th June 2019).
I like the angel offering up the Gull!
ReplyDeleteAlso, looking at the ringed legs aren't the feet amazing to look at?
As soon as i saw the Gull land on the sculpture, i thought i'm having a pic of that.
DeleteThe skin between the toes remind of the skin between an Octopus's tentacles.
I do like the penultimate photo :) Great set of images Dean.
ReplyDeleteThank you Caroline. It was the Gull sat on the back of it that clinched it for me :)
